The New Orleans Saints will host the Tennessee Titans tomorrow in their final game of the 2011 NFL preseason. Drew Brees will see no action in the contest, and neither will top backup Chase Daniel.

Saints quarterback Drew Brees agent Tom Condon is currently in talks with the Saints in hopes of securing a new lucrative long-term contract for the Pro Bowl signal caller.

Staff writer Gene Higginbotham fielded questions about the Saints preseason performance, the emergence of Mark Ingram, and the possibility of Darren Sharper returning to the team for a third season.

A recent Twitter feed from Jennifer Hale  of FOX 8 WVUE names the remaining released players from the New Orleans Saints.

A few minutes ago, The Times-Picayune announced a fifth player released by the New Orleans Saints.

A fourth player has been confirmed as being released by the New Orleans Saints and it’s quite a shocker.

Well the dominos have begun to fall on the New Orleans Saints roster cut day for two rookie wide receivers.

Well the Saints roster has to get down to 80 players by this afternoon and the New Orleans Saints have started the ball rolling.  However, there may be another motive since more names haven’t been announced yet.
