Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys was supposed to be the first road game of the season for the New Orleans Saints. However, it didn’t look like that in the stadium or outside of it, as Saints fans completely took over. It was a lot of black and gold in AT&T Stadium, and there were loud cheers every time New Orleans made a play, and New Orleans made a lot of plays.

Winning the game 44-19, the Saints put the NFL on notice, recording their second blowout win of the season. Fans didn’t wait to get back to Louisiana to celebrate; instead, they brought New Orleans with them to Texas. After the game, Saints were captured celebrating in the street with a Second Line.

The scene looked so familiar, you had to remind yourself it was taking place outside AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and not in New Orleans.

This is how you take over an opposing team’s stadium and city. Thanks to the fans, New Orleans had away-field advantage, and Saints fans are the standard all other fan bases should be striving towards. Fortunately for New Orleans’ fans, they actually have something to cheer for.

Good or bad, that passion is going to be on display, and that’s why Derek Carr was adamant about getting on the good side of Saints fans. Through two weeks, that’s exactly what the team has done. New Orleans blew out the Carolina Panthers 47-10, and Dallas 44-19.

At this point, there shouldn’t be anyone questioning the Saints. They’ve quickly established they still have a dominant defense, the most productive offense in the league, and the best fans in the world. Now, all three must show up each week as New Orleans tries to deliver on the standard it has quickly set for this season.
