Round Six: #203 Overall

In the sixth and final round (for the Saints) I have the New Orleans Saints selecting Georgia defensive lineman Tyler Clark. Clark, a 6-foot-4 300-pound defensive tackle, is a great run-stuffing defensive tackle who displays incredible strength.

Clark had a great career at the University of Georgia. Clark accumulated 119 tackles, 19.5 tackles for a loss, six and a half sacks, three passes defended, and one fumble recovery. Clark is a big body and will not be easy to move for interior offensive lineman.

Clark would make a great addition to the Saints.

Sheldon Rankins struggles to stay on the field and they could opt to depart from him following the 2020 season. Marcus Davenport’s career has also been derailed by injuries at times so bringing in an insurance policy late in the draft seems ideal.

Bringing in Clark would sure up the defensive line and add on to a strength the team already has.
