The New Orleans Saints have lost two straight games to drop to the bottom of the NFC South, and they'll face a fierce opponent in the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 8.

Andy Dalton's four-touchdown performance against the Cardinals couldn't save the Saints from suffering their fifth loss of the season, and so far, the future is not looking so bright for the black and gold.

With key players like Jameis Winston and Michael Thomas still questionable to play, the Saints may have to take on the Raiders with a beaten and battered squad. Though the NFC South division race looks as wide open as ever, the Saints are certainly not trending upward.

Could their luck change against Las Vegas?

Saints vs Raiders Odds Week 8

According to FanDuel, New Orleans is a 1.5-point underdog with a moneyline of +108 while Las Vegas' moneyline sits at -126. The over/under is set at 47.5 points. Though the Saints are playing at home, the Raiders remain the favorites rather unsurprisingly.

Saints vs Raiders Prediction Week 8

Nothing about the Saints' 2022 season has been consistent, so we'd expect yet another error-ridden performance from NOLA in Week 8. The Saints' defense gave up a whopping 42 points against Arizona, and between New Orleans and Las Vegas, the Raiders have the better offense heading into this matchup, no doubt about that.

Running back Josh Jacobs seems unstoppable, Davante Adams is a verifiable deep threat, and the Raiders could also benefit from having tight end Darren Waller back in the lineup.

Given the clear regression of NOLA's defense and all of the team's misfiring offensive pieces (Chris Olave is the lone bright spot), the Raiders should comfortably secure a win. We're predicting a Raiders victory with a final score of 31-17.
