The New Orleans Saints look to move to 2-1 this weekend against the Carolina Panthers, who are searching for their first win of the 2022 campaign.

The Saints injury report is still littered with key names but two of the biggest are Alvin Kamara and Paulson Adebo. Kamara missed last week with a hip injury while Adebo has yet to play this season due to a nagging ankle injury.

Kamara's absence last week wasn't as brutal as fans had anticipated it being, as Mark Ingram, minus the late-game fumble, played pretty well in his place. The run game looked solid without Kamara out there so if he's forced to miss another game, the Saints offense should still be able to run the ball okay.

Adebo not playing has been tough but the Saints secondary has looked good still. It was a little bit different of a story when Marshon Lattimore was ejected during last week's game and then Alontae Taylor had to step up and take starting reps at cornerback.

Paulson Adebo and Alvin Kamara remain on injury report

Also on the injured report are Deonte Harty, Taysom Hill, Marcus Maye, Adam Prentice, Ryan Ramczyk, Tre'Quan Smith, Alontae Taylor, and Jameis Winston. All of the aforementioned players were limited in Thursday's practice and we'll see how many of them suit up for Sunday's game against Carolina.

It'll be nice to have both Adebo and Kamara back on the field for game day but the Saints definitely shouldn't rush things.
