Saints vs Falcons Prediction and Odds for Week 15
It's a rematch of Week 1 as the New Orleans Saints host a showdown with the Atlanta Falcons. While both teams are mathematically alive in the NFC South title race, no one really believes that the Saints have a shot to win it. They failed to close things out against a bad Bucs team in Week 13 and only have four wins on the year.
The Falcons looked like they might be able to make a run for it but now they're making a change at quarterback. Rookie third-round pick Desmond Ridder out of Cincinnati will make his first-ever start this weekend when the Saints come marching into Atlanta.
Saints vs Falcons Odds Week 15
The Saints are 4-point favorites for this matchup somehow. I'm still in shock that Vegas continues to make the Saints favorites week after week. Haven't they seen them play?
The moneyline for this game is -200 for New Orleans and +168 for Atlanta with an over/under of points set at 42.5. The Falcons rolling with a rookie quarterback making his first-ever start is probably why the Saints are 4-point favorites. That has to be why.
Saints vs Falcons Prediction Week 15
I don't care what Vegas thinks -- I don't see New Orleans winning another game this season. The Falcons might have a rookie quarterback making his NFL debut this weekend but the Saints have struggled to contain running quarterbacks and that's Ridder's bread and butter.
I'm going with a 21-17 Falcons win to drop the Saints to 4-10.
