There's a reason why the 49ers are big time favorites here. They run the ball well, which is something the Saints defense has struggled to stop all season long. The Niners have a good defense, which could give the Saints offense fits, especially if they fall behind early.
San Francisco is a playoff team with a lot on the line in this game. New Orleans is still technically in the playoff picture due to the dumpster fire that is the NFC South but for the most part, they've played like a team that has no business being considered a playoff contender.

Week 11 was kind to the Saints but they played a team that was somehow worse than they are. That isn't the case this week and I can't pick them to win this game. I'm going with a 34-24 Niners victory with New Orleans scoring some garbage time points late in the action.
