3. Frank Smith, Offensive Coordinator, Miami Dolphins

If you want explosive offense, look no further than the Miami Dolphins. What a revelation Mike McDaniel has been for Miami and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. The Dolphins remain atop the league in terms of yards per game, points per game and passing.

While much of that can be attributed to McDaniel, he has Frank Smith learning and developing beneath him. Smith could bring a similar offense to the Saints, who have weapons and speed in guys like Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed, not to mention what other players the Saints could potentially add next offseason via free agency and the draft.

Smith has also helped the Dolphins to a league-leading 5.9 yards per rush on the year, which is a full yard better than the next closest team. The Saints still want to remain a running football team in order to set up the pass, which is smart for any team to try and focus on doing of course. Smith would have a combination of Alvin Kamara, Jamaal Williams and Kendre Miller to work with in the back field, and I think he'd be able to help those three operate similarly to the Dolphins' group.
