Saints Injury Report: No Michael Thomas and potentially no Jameis Winston for Week 4
The New Orleans Saints injury report for Week 4 against the Vikings is out and the biggest name to make the list is quarterback Jameis Winston, who has been ruled as 'Doubtful' to play on Sunday. This means that Andy Dalton, who the Saints signed in the offseason as the backup, is expected to start at quarterback.
Winston has been off to a rough start in 2022, throwing five picks in three games. Clearly the back fractures have been a problem for him so switching to Dalton for at least this game is a smart move for New Orleans.
Other key names to appear on the injury report are Michael Thomas, who has been ruled OUT. Thomas got banged up last week and now he won't be suiting up for the game in London this Sunday morning.

Speaking of offensive weapons, Jarvis Landry and Alvin Kamara are both listed as 'Questionable'. This could take two of the Saints' starting receivers and their starting running back off the field for a huge game. Luckily, the team still has Mark Ingram at running back and Marquez Callaway proved he can be a weapon still.
Two other players have been ruled OUT too in Marcus Maye and Andrus Peat. This means that P.J. Williams will slide into the starting role for Maye and we'll likely see Calvin Throckmorton at left guard in Peat's absence.
The New Orleans Saints are going to be short-handed this week but hopefully, resting Winston and starting Dalton instead will be the spark the team needs to get to 2-2 on the year.
