In case anyone was wondering, the Dennis Allen New Orleans Saints era is not going well and fans have seen enough from the former defensive coordinator. Fans have flocked to Change.org to file a petition for the Saints to fire Allen after just 10 games as the team's head coach.

That's not a good sign for Allen, obviously. Sometimes, fans will cut a coach some slack when things go awry whether it's injuries piling up or just bad luck but Allen isn't getting the benefit of the doubt here and it's not hard to see why.

He lacks the fire that Sean Payton had on the sidelines and goes with a conservative approach during games. It hasn't worked, as the Saints have won three measly games and don't even have their first-round pick to look forward to (though that's not really on Allen).

Saints fans want Dennis Allen fired NOW

Allen didn't even make it past year three during his head coaching tenure with the Raiders back in 2014 and was relieved of his duties after the team went 0-8. He left that position with eight wins under his belt in under three years at the helm.

Saints fans, for the most part at least, seemed okay with giving him a shot as the team's head coach considering his previous tenure was nearly a decade ago and he turned things around defensively for the black and gold. It hasn't gone well though and that's why fans are now calling for his job.

I'm not sure if the front office will take action due to the number of injuries for this team but this petition clearly shows where Saints fans' heads are at. They've seen enough of Dennis Allen and want him far away from coaching the New Orleans Saints.
