The NFL just announced the official 2024 schedule, and it looks like the league will have another exciting season with fun international games, drama-filled primetime games, and exciting matchups from Week 1 to Week 18. As always, each team announced their schedule in their own unique way.

The New Orleans Saints, who are tied with the Atlanta Falcons for the easiest schedule in the league, will start their season at home in a divisional game against the Carolina Panthers. While teams obviously want to win every game, this will be a big one, because the Saints will play some of their toughest opponents in the weeks following the season opener.

Let’s jump into the full schedule for New Orleans.

New Orleans will play the toughest opponents on its schedule all in the first few weeks of the season, with games against the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and Kansas City Chiefs all happening in the first five weeks. That means the Saints can’t afford to stumble out the blocks; the team needs to leave camp firing on all cylinders.

Beyond the tough start to the schedule, the Saints don’t have to worry about any international games. Additionally, the team is set up with a good bye week in Week 12. That means New Orleans will play 11 games before the bye, and six regular season games after the bye.

Of the 17 games, 11 will kick off at noon, two will be in the 3 PM slot, one is still to be decided, and three will be Nationally televised primetime games at 7:15 PM. The three primetime games will be against the Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos, and Green Bay Packers. Of course the NFL was going to put Sean Payton’s return to New Orleans in primetime.
