Week 16 @ Cleveland Browns

Deshaun Watson, a guy who the Saints heavily pursued in the offseason, is back under center for the Browns and while he's looked rusty, he showed signs of improvement in his second game back. The Browns are a team that run the ball well so if they manage to get ahead of NOLA early, this could end up being downright ugly.

I'd like to say that the Saints can eke out a win here but the defense hasn't been good against the run in 2022 and that's not going to change against Nick Chubb and company.

Prediction: Saints lose 30-17

Week 17 @ Philadelphia Eagles

Ooh boy... This could be the worst game of the season for the Saints. The Eagles have lost one game all season yet own the No. 5 overall pick in the draft because New Orleans traded it to them before the 2022 draft. Philadelphia has also gotten stellar play from C.J. Gardner-Johnson, who they acquired from New Orleans.

Throw in that Jalen Hurts is playing at an MVP level, the Eagles defense is dominating, and the Saints probably won't have an answer for A.J. Brown and this could be an embarrassing blowout loss for the black and gold.

Prediction: Saints lose 42-10
