The New Orleans Saints finally made the move fans had been clamoring for. In firing offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael, the organization admitted to needing change.

And, it's about time.

The offense ranked 14th overall, 11th in the pass, 21st in rushing and 9th in scoring. Somehow, those numbers do not look nearly as bad as the Saints' offense actually looked on the field, this year. Alas, though, Carmichael is gone.

Now, the question is, who do the Saints bring in to replace him and work alongside Derek Carr? There are a lot of great candidates worthy of interviews, but these under-the-radar names just might be the ticket.

1. Kevin Patullo, Passing Game Coordinator, Philadelphia Eagles

With the way the Philadelphia Eagles' season just ended, it seems a bit presumptuous to include their passing game coordinator, Kevin Patullo, on this list. However, he has been in his role for the past three seasons and, to be fair, has done an admirable job.

In their playoff loss to Tampa Bay, his receivers had a hard time getting separation as the Bucs' corners played a great game. So, take that film and throw it out. Because, for the most part, Patullo's game plans have been excellent.

He has also had a hand in helping the development of quarterback Jalen Hurts, who became one of the league's highest-paid quarterbacks just last offseason. Look, the Eagles were in the Super Bowl a year ago, and it was for a reason. That coaching staff, at least a good majority of it, is full of guys who will continue to climb the ranks.
