Number Two: Saints sack Jordan Love five times

If there's one thing you cannot deny about the New Orleans Saints, it's that their defense is amongst the best in the entire NFL, if not the best. The pass rush has been incredible thus far, as has every other element of the Saints' defense, and they'll look to derail a rather consistent Green Bay offense in week three.

The Saints defense has garnered seven sacks in the first two games combined (three in week one, four last week) and has been relentless in pursuit of opposing quarterbacks. Headlined by eight-time Pro Bowler Cameron Jordan and emerging star Carl Granderson, the Saints' front four has proven to be one of the best in the business this year.

The last time the Saints had five (or more) sacks in a game was against the Philadelphia Eagles last season (January 1, 2023) when they had six. Jordan Love has shown a willingness to put the ball down and run thus far this season, but if the Saints are able to contain that and force him to stand in the pocket, they could reap the rewards.

Don't be shocked if the Saints have a five sack game on Sunday, especially with David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins likely not playing.
