Saints 7-Round Mock Draft: Big trade gives Chris Olave a running mate
By Ryan Heckman
Round 6 sees the Saints take a chance on a five-year player coming out of Georgia who only started for one season. Defensive lineman Zion Logue does a lot of things well, but nothing extraordinarily well. He has plenty of room to refine one or two areas that could make him stand out, and he has the size and overall ability to do so. This is a classic case of a guy who could certainly make an impact in the NFL if he puts in the work. It's all on him, but to be fair, drafting a Georgia Bulldog defender is rarely a bad idea.
Linebacker Darius Muasau is the final pick, here, in the seventh round. The Saints get a guy with a relentless spirit, playing as an undersized guy at his position. Standing just six feet tall and weighing roughly 225 pounds, Muasau could get pushed around if he isn't careful. But, he is quick to diagnose and react. Keeping himself moving is what's going to make him successful, even if it's only on special teams to begin with.
