All eyes of New Orleans Satins fans are on OTA updates. However, a little update around the division never hurt anyone, and this one Saints fans should enjoy.

When it comes to the quarterback position, the NFC South isn't exactly the goldmine that other divisions are. They also haven't been for a long time, with the New Orleans Saints usually having the best of the bunch thanks to Drew Brees, even if Tom Brady muddied those waters a little bit. Fast-forward to 2023, and it appears the Saints are still in the driver's seat as it pertains to the game's most important position.

With the Saints bringing in Derek Carr, the Saints have the best quarterback in the division as of now.

The Carolina Panthers traded up and drafted Bryce Young with the number one overall pick, while the Atlanta Falcons will evidently be starting second-year man Desmond Ridder. Over in Florida, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are having an open competition between Baker Mayfield and Kyle Trask. So yeah, not exactly Murderer's Row in this division, or even Macho Row (look it up).

Tampa is where we're going to stay, because a video is making the rounds on the Twitterverse on the aforementioned quarterback competition for the Bucs' starting job, and it has to be seen to be believed.

Now, obviously, there is much more to the story, and many more reps that were taken. The video itself is even pretty heavily cut. Still, no one would make the mistake of saying this is a GREAT look.

Given the glowing reports out of the Saints OTAs regarding Derek Carr and his receivers, this should make Saints fans even more confident than they already were heading into this season.

Excitement is high for this season, with the New Orleans Saints having a chance to make some noise, or at least more than a season ago. Even if this clip doesn't mean much, it's at least enough to get fans through the day, and even be worth a few yucks in the process.
