The "Sean Payton and Tom Brady teaming up in New Orleans" rumors are out there and it's all Saints fans are buzzing about. That's fair considering how lackluster the 2022 Saints have been.

Michael Thomas is clearly on board with this rumor, as he posted a picture of Brady and Payton on his Instagram story on Tuesday (that has since been deleted). When Nick Underhill screenshotted the story and tweeted it, Thomas replied to his tweet with "lol y'all fast fast".

Michael Thomas would clearly love to have Sean Payton and Tom Brady

Thomas missed all of 2021 (Payton's final season with the Saints) due to injury and appeared in just three games this season before missing the rest of the year with a toe injury. He's under contract through 2025 but fans have been pretty annoyed that he hasn't been able to stay healthy yet can chirp on social media with the best of 'em.

Brady would give Thomas another future Hall of Fame quarterback throwing the ball to him so no wonder he'd be happy about this move. He's barely played with any of the quarterbacks the Saints have trotted out there since Drew Brees retired but he looked good with Jameis Winston as his quarterback earlier this season.

The Payton and Brady rumors are just that -- Rumors. Michael Thomas is clearly hoping they're more than just rumors though.
