NFL Week 16 Saints vs. Browns Best Bet
This is one of the lowest totals I've ever seen, but I'm not even sure if it's low enough given the horrible weather conditions and these two poor offenses.
The under is 6-1 in the Saints' last seven games and hit in four consecutive Browns games. Each defense is playing well, but injuries and general ineffectiveness have plagued each offensive unit.
Cleveland, in particular, is atrocious.
