Joe Brady (Bills QB Coach)

Louisiana natives know this name because Brady spent time with both the Saints and LSU. He worked as an offensive assistant in New Orleans for two years before making the jump to passing game coordinator at LSU. He helped turn Joe Burrow into the beast he was in the 2019 college football season.

That publicity got him the offensive coordinator position for the Panthers but things didn't work out there. Brady then joined the Bills as a quarterback coach and now works with Josh Allen every day. He's only 33 years old so this would be a risky hire but the Rams hired Sean McVay when he was around the same age and it's worked out well for them.

Ken Dorsey (Bills Offensive Coordinator)

Sticking with Bills personnel, Dorsey needs to be considered as well. The Bills are explosive on offense and Dorsey is a big reason for that. He's worked his way up from being a quarterbacks coach and now has Buffalo's offense as the best overall offense in the league. He'll be getting calls this offseason.

Mike Kafka (Giants Offensive Coordinator)

The Giants have turned into a winning team and it's because of the new staff they have running the show. While the Giants don't have a head-turning offense, they've managed to score enough points to sit at 6-2. Kafka also spent a number of years working under Andy Reid and he could end up being yet another success story for the Reid coaching tree.
