After an impressive fourth quarter comeback in Week 1 against the Falcons, Jameis Winston reverted back to his level of play from the first three quarters of that game when the Buccaneers came to town for Week 2. The New Orleans Saints defense held the Bucs "explosive" offense to just three points but Winston's meltdown in the fourth quarter gave Tampa the win.

Winston finished the game with 236 yards passing, one touchdown, and three interceptions, all of which came in the fourth quarter. Winston was also sacked six times and now has been taken to the ground 10 times in just two games. He's been sacked the second most times in the league with only Joe Burrow getting sacked more. That's obviously not helping him in these games but it's not solely to blame for Winston's poor performances through seven quarters this season.

Let's check out the best and worst from Winston from the Week 2 loss.

Best from Jameis Winston

Winston had just one touchdown pass in this game and it came in garbage time when the team's chances of winning dwindled drastically. Winston connected with Michael Thomas on the touchdown and that was about one of the only highlights from his day. I'll give Winston some flack for playing the game with four fractures in his back but this was still a piss-poor performance from the former No. 1 overall pick and it's exactly what got him ousted from Tampa Bay.

Worst from Jameis Winston

I mean -- Take your pick. There was a lot more bad from Winston in this game than good. The Saints quarterback tossed three interceptions in the fourth quarter when the game was still within reach and that simply can't happen.

I'd say the worst from Winston was the pick-six that he threw that all but iced the game. The previous two interceptions were bad, don't get me wrong, but the game was still winnable even with the Bucs capitalizing on the turnovers. It was 13-3 at that point but after Winston's pick-six, winning the game was no longer realistic.

The fact of the matter is that Jameis Winston has not played well at all through two games and the New Orleans Saints are lucky to be 1-1 right now. They could have easily been 0-2 and already scratching and clawing their way into being relevant again this season.

The offensive line is a problem, yes, but all of the blame can't be placed on their shoulders. Winston has been downright awful for all but one quarter so far this season.
