Kaden Elliss

It's been awesome to see Kaden Elliss ball out but at the same time, he's balling out in a contract year, which means that it's going to be difficult for the Saints to keep him in New Orleans after this season.

Elliss has been with the team since they spent a seventh-round pick on him in 2019 and he made the most of it this season. While filling in while Pete Werner was out, Elliss has 76 total tackles and 7.0 sacks in 16 games and 10 starts. His market value is a two-year deal worth $10.3 million with an annual salary of $5.1 million.

That's a salary that the Saints could surely afford but teams are going to take notice of what Elliss did this season and he'll be a hot commidity in free agency. I'd be surprised if he's still with the Saints in the 2023 season and beyond.
