The New Orleans Saints are walking into a must win game against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns offense should keep the bar low for how much the Saints need to score, but the Browns defense is going to make it a challenge.

An interesting storyline that hasn't been discussed a lot is the timeline of each team's rebuild. Kellen Moore has the Saints at 2-5 and significantly undershooting the level of performance we expected coming into the season. Todd Monken has the Browns as one of the league's biggest surprises in his first year at the helm.

The Browns have been used as a measuring stick for Moore's detractors. They've quickly found their feet under their new head coach while the Saints are still looking to say the same in Year 2. A great way to silence the talk is to beat the Browns, and these bold predictions can make it happen.

Audric Estime hits the century mark in his first game back

Yes, the New Orleans Saints only had 18 rushing yards in their last game, and yes, they just released their leading rusher. However, despite all the gloom, I expect that Audric Estime will make the Who Dat Nation forget all about the ground game woes for 60 minutes in the game this afternoon.

By the time the game is over, I predict he’ll have a career game and the best game of any Saints running back this season. More specifically, I bet Estime will have at least 100 rushing yards and one touchdown by the time the game is over.~ Molly Bauer

Saints repay Shedeur Sanders' disrespect with 3 interceptions

This may be irrational due to their early-season performance, but I think the Saints will tally three interceptions on Sunday. The secondary has been inconsistent, but they are facing former fifth-round pick Shedeur Sanders, who’s starting his first game of 2026. It’s an advantageous matchup that they can capitalize on and change the narrative surrounding them.

Beyond this, Sanders disrespected the defense in a recent press conference, laughing when asked what he saw from the Saints’ defense. This should light a fire under them and increase the energy. They shouldn’t simply want to win, but to embarrass the Browns.~ Drew Collings

Chase Young, Carl Granderson will keep their streak alive

Chase Young and Carl Granderson will each have 1.5 or more sacks against the Browns. This prediction admittedly teeters upon bold and regular. The Saints edge rusher duo have each had 1.5 sacks in the last two games, and Granderson is on a three game streak of raking up 1.5 sacks.

Because of the history, this doesn’t feel like an insanely bold prediction, but it’s pretty hard for the same two players on the same team go for 1.5 sacks in four consecutive games.

As improbable of a run as it would be the Browns have allowed the most sacks in the NFL, so it’s not out of the question. Granderson and Young have been hot, and the Browns are vulnerable. On Sunday, they’ll keep their streak alive.~ Darrion Gray
