Another day of New Orleans Saints training camp has come and gone and with that, we learned more about what the 2022 team could look like. 4. Another dominant day for D

The Saints defense has picked up where they left off in the regular season this summer. In fact, it was total domination for the defense on Friday that head coach Dennis Allen described Day 3’s practice as “sloppy”.

This is a good sign for the defense obviously but there’s no reason to panic about the current state of the offense. Jameis Winston is returning from injury and there are a lot of new faces in the receiving corp. It’s expected to see some rust with a new group of players joining the fold.

Good for the defense for continuing to be the driving force of this team though! Let’s hope that carries into the regular season.
