The Rest: Eric Wilson, Nephi Sewell, and Isaiah Pryor

Rounding out the linebacker position in New Orleans are Eric Wilson, Nephi Sewell, and Isaiah Pryor. The team didn’t end up keeping Cincinnati UDFA Joel Dublanko, waiving him shortly after he was brought in. That leaves these three to duke it out for either a roster spot or a practice squad spot.

Wilson played for the Vikings for four years and has also spent time with the Texans and Eagles. He had 122 tackles in the 2020 season while in Minnesota but since then, he’s mostly been relegated to reserve duties.

Sewell was an undrafted free agent out of Utah. He recorded 89 tackles and 7.5 tackles for loss during his final season with the Utes.

Pryor played at both Ohio State (the Saints’ favorite school) and Notre Dame, finishing his college career with the Fighting Irish. He had 42 tackles and one sack last season.

These three guys will certainly be names to keep an eye on this summer. A big performance from any of them could boost their stock and give them a bigger role in 2022.
