2 free agents the Saints need to sign now that the draft is over
By TJAY Jones
When the 2022 NFL free-agent market first opened there were very few moves made by the New Orleans Saints. Since the NFL Draft, however, the black and gold have been one of the most aggressive teams in the league.
They moved up in the first round of the NFL Draft to select wide receiver Chris Olave out of Ohio State and after the draft acquired All-Pro Safety Tyrann Matthieu and five-time Pro Bowl receiver, Jarvis Landry.
These were all great moves that got Saints fans going nuts. This has been a New Orleans Saints offseason like none other but they are not out of the woods yet. There are still holes on this team at key positions that need to be filled.
The good news is there are still a few free agents on the open market that could help the Saints become true contenders not only in the NFC South but the entire NFC.
