1. Gardner Minshew

Out of all of these names, the only name that Saints fans might not be angry about coming to the Big Easy is Gardner Minshew. The sixth-round pick arrived on the scene in Jacksonville when Nick Foles went down with an injury in the season opener and Jaguars fans loved the guy.

He managed to throw for 2,259 yards, 16 touchdowns, and five picks in nine games during that atrocious 1-15 season that gave Jacksonville the No. 1 pick. They took Trevor Lawrence and the rest is history.

Minshew was traded to Philadelphia and threw for 439 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception during his four games. He’s not going to be one of the best quarterbacks in the league but Minshew had a 68.3 completion percentage last season and isn’t going to lose games for his team.

New Orleans shouldn’t rule out game managers right now. Minshew is absolutely one of the best options for the black and gold in 2022 and they wouldn’t have to break the bank to land him.
