7. Ryan Jensen (Center)

Saints fans are familiar with Ryan Jensen, who has spent the past four years with the Buccaneers. He’s now slated to hit free agency and with Tom Brady retiring, it doesn’t feel like the 2021 Pro Bowl center will return to Tampa Bay.

While the Saints need to address their offensive line in free agency, center isn’t a need for them at all, especially for one that’s going to be as expensive as Jensen. I have mentioned in past articles that I wouldn’t be surprised if NOLA took Tyler Linderbaum in the first round of the draft and then moved Erik McCoy to right guard.

They’ll only do that with Linderbaum. They won’t, nor should they, spend boatloads of cash on Jensen when they have a perfectly good center in McCoy. Jensen is not a fit for the New Orleans Saints.

6. Allen Robinson (Wide Receiver)

The best free-agent wide receiver on the market is Allen Robinson, who people don’t seem to think is as good as others make him out to be. My argument for Robinson is that he’s had crappy quarterbacks throughout nearly his entire time in Chicago and has still put up big numbers.

This past season wasn’t a good one for Robinson, as he finished with just 38 catches for 410 yards and one touchdown. Even with the down year, Robinson is still someone who can take the top off of defenses.

A-Rob is most definitely a fit for the Saints because they desperately need help at wide receiver. They’ll have little to no shot of actually signing him, however, and that’s a bummer. With the right quarterback, he’s a good player.
