2. Chris Olave

Saints fans were already intrigued by Chris Olave but after seeing him run a 4.39 40, they’re even more intrigued by the guy. They’d have to take Olave with their first-round pick but the good news for them is that there’s a solid chance that he’s still on the board at pick No. 18.

Olave finished his senior season at Ohio State with 65 catches for 936 yards and 13 touchdowns, showcasing that he can make a huge splash in the red zone. The Saints need someone who gets open in the red zone and with Olave’s blazing speed, he could be that guy.

One of Olave’s greatest strengths is his route-running, which is not something the Saints receivers were great at last season. He could be a star in New Orleans and would give them yet another dominant Ohio State receiver.

Even better, Olave already has an established relationship with Michael Thomas, who also played at Ohio State. Getting these two guys together in the Big Easy could really take the Saints’ receivers from meh to amazing.
