1. Michael Thomas

The New Orleans Saints were looking up to the Heavens and thanking the man above for allowing them to get their hands on Michael Thomas. How could a player that was taken in the second round of the NFL Draft be so ridiculous great so fast?

From day one, Thomas racked up 1,137 receiving yards and followed that up with 1,245 yards. In 2018 and 2019, Thomas was practically the best receiver in the league. He was selected to back-to-back Pro Bowls and consecutive All-Pro squads as well. In 2019, in particular, he led the league in receptions with 149, receiving yards with 1,725, and receiving yards per game with 107.8.

But, just when things were going great, the relationship between Thomas and the Saints fell completely apart. Things got so bad, in fact, that the Saints were reportedly open to shipping him off due to the way he handled his offseason ankle surgery. Let’s also not forget that he has a tendency to get into fistfights with teammates.

Thomas should be good to go from day one this season but even with his level of talent, the Saints aren’t going anywhere. Could you imagine how many teams would give the Saints a call to pry Thomas away? Pretty much all of them.
