3 players New Orleans Saints could trade in 2022 offseason

For well over a decade, the New Orleans Saints enjoyed seeing their name near the top of every Super Bowl contender list. Although they were only able to nab one during that stretch, the Saints consistently found themselves in the mix. At this point though, the Saints have to get accustomed to seeing their names near the bottom of the barrel.

Drew Brees is gone. Sean Payton is gone. Now, several other big names should be joining them.

It makes no sense for the New Orleans franchise to hold onto certain players when they can be shipped off in an effort to speed up their rebuilding process. With countless teams believing their one big piece away from winning it all, they’ll be willing to part ways with several draft picks if they can rip away some of the Saints most notable players.
