3. Byron Leftwich
The tides have turned in Tampa Bay, as Tom Brady is retiring and that team is set to lose over 20 players to free agency. With all of that said, it’s the perfect time for offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich to bolt and take a head coaching job somewhere.
Many felt that Leftwich was going to be the next head coach of the Jaguars but Doug Pederson ended up getting that job. John Sigler of Saints Wire mentioned in the tweet below that New Orleans didn’t end up interviewing Leftwich but maybe things will change now that he didn’t get the job in Jacksonville.
"They also put in for Byron Leftwich, he did not end up taking the interview."

so the Saints sought an interview with BL, were granted permission by Tampa Bay, and it didn't happen. wonder if he changes his mind now that Jags hired Pederson, but I'm doubtful https://t.co/syv6bNzxKG
Something to keep in mind here is that the Buccaneers had an immense amount of talent on offense, ranging from Chris Godwin to Mike Evans to Leonard Fournette. The Saints, on the other hand, have Alvin Kamara and Michael Thomas. That’s pretty much it.
It’d be a very different situation in New Orleans but Leftwich has proven he can lead a strong offensive game plan. If he’s interested in talking to the Saints and an interview gets done, he’d be someone fans would be happy to see lead the team.
