2. Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers have been nothing short of sensational with head coach Matt LaFleur. They’ve also been pretty disappointing.

Let’s look at the good first.

With three straight seasons of at least 13 wins, the Packers became the first team in NFL history to do so. LaFleur has also won the most games to start a career in those three seasons with a record of 39-9.

Even with the job he’s done, the Packers have failed to make a Super Bowl. They also have a ton of decisions to make in terms of free agency and the ticking time bomb that is Aaron Rodgers.

Now we know, it doesn’t appear as though Sean Payton wants to jump immediately back into coaching. Doing television appears to be his number one priority but what if Rodgers and Davante Adams decide to re-sign long term if Payton comes onboard?

Would Payton really choose rest over coaching a guy like Aaron Rodgers? We seriously doubt that.
