After righting the ship, the New Orleans Saints are “rewarded” with a primetime affair against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football. With the good guys winning this past weekend, it prevented the Bucs from clinching the NFC South but they have another chance to clinch this weekend and can do so at home, in primetime, and against a team they’ve yet to take down in the regular season.

NOLA is 6-7 and while not in the playoff picture as of now, they’re still theoretically in the running to make the postseason. Losing to the Bucs on Sunday won’t put them in a favorable spot moving forward and while it might seem like a difficult game for the black and gold to win, they’ve yet to lose to Tampa in the regular season, proving they know how to handle them.

Taysom Hill Injury Update

While Taysom Hill hasn’t missed time since returning from his toe injury, he injured his finger in his first start at quarterback this season. Since then, it’s clear that the injury is bothering him but that hasn’t stopped Hill from starting. He had full practices all week and is expected to play on Sunday night.

Saints vs Buccaneers Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Week 15

WynnBET has New Orleans as a massive underdog to the Buccaneers at 11 points with a money line of +425 while the Buccaneers’ money line sits at -575. The over/under is set at 45.5 points.

Yes, NOLA is undefeated against the Bucs in the regular season to this point but that doesn’t matter here. Tampa Bay is the better team and they’ll be at home with home-field advantage in the playoffs on the line. I don’t see how the Bucs lose this one, especially if the NOLA offense gets off to an incredibly slow start once again. I’ll roll with a 38-24 Tampa Bay victory.
