3. Minnesota Vikings

Yet another team to sit with a 6-7 record is the Minnesota Vikings and they’re in the No. 8 spot, nestled right outside the playoffs. They’re 4-4 in conference play and really are one of those teams that could have a vastly different record due to how tight nearly all of their games have been this year.

Saints fans have no sympathy for the Vikings considering how much this team has beat up on NOLA over the years, especially in the playoffs.

The Vikings have had their fair share of drama this year and the organization will likely be making a change this offseason whether it’s the head coaching spot, the quarterback position, or both. It feels long overdue.

For now, however, the Vikings are still in a position to make the playoffs and as of now, they’re ahead of the Saints in the standings due to conference record. That could obviously change in the coming weeks but since these two teams don’t play in the final four weeks, we’ll only have conference wins to go off of.
