Saints Roster: 4 players you might have forgotten about this season
3. Kenny Stills
It felt like a big deal when New Orleans brought Kenny Stills back after years away from the team. Stills was originally a fifth-round pick by the Saints in the 2013 NFL Draft and played well during his two years with the team.
NOLA ended up trading him to the Dolphins following the 2014 season and Stills played in South Beach for four years before spending the next two with the Texans. Stills remained a free-agent early on in the regular season and despite the rough divorce between the two in 2015, Saints fans were fine with giving him another chance if it meant he could come in and actually make an impact for the offense.
Well — That hasn’t been the case, unfortunately.
Stills has appeared in nine games, making four starts, and has just five catches for 64 yards and a touchdown. To be fair, he should have another long touchdown reception on his season resumé but it was wiped out by an Adam Trautman holding penalty.
Even with that being the case, most Saints fans have forgotten that Kenny Stills is even on the team.
