NOLA Saints fans make it known that they want Taysom Hill at QB
The NOLA Saints are in the midst of a Thanksgiving night game against the Buffalo Bills. After the offense failed to do anything in the first quarter yet again (it’s becoming a disturbing trend) and the Bills took a 10-0 lead, Saints fans were growing impatient.
Trevor Siemian threw a pair of bad passes in the second quarter at which point some boos were heard from the fans in the stands. Something else was heard in the stands too after Siemian couldn’t get much done throughout the first quarter and a half.
Per John Hendrix, the Caesars Superdome crowd was chanting “We want Taysom” during the game against the Bills. Eek.
NOLA Saints fans want to see Taysom Hill at quarterback
Jameis Winston beat Hill out for the starting quarterback job this past summer but was injured in Week 8. Due to Taysom Hill being out as a result of a concussion, Trevor Siemian took over as the starting quarterback. It wasn’t bad to start off with but it’s clear that Siemian isn’t the answer and fans are tired of watching him play quarterback.
Hill has been with the Saints organization since 2017 but became the Swiss Army knife he’s utilized as now in 2018. Last year he took over as the starter when Drew Brees was out and did well as a spot starter. He’s not a great passer, but he makes magic happen with his legs and that’s why he’s such a dangerous player.
Sean Payton is obsessed with Hill so it might not be long before he subs Hill in at the most important position in the sport of football.
Fans hope the decision happens soon.
