No. 2: Matt Ryan

Ryan and the 4-4 Atlanta Falcons are reeling off of a win over the Saints, where the quarterback had his best game of the year. The 36-year-old, who’s in his 14th season with Atlanta, completed 23-of-30 passes for 343 yards and two touchdowns. Based off of his performance in the team’s four wins, he currently sits at No. 9 in the league’s top-10 quarterbacks entering Week 10.

The Falcons will have one of their toughest challenges yet on Sunday as they travel to AT&T Stadium to take on Dallas. There’s still time to turn the season around, and if Ryan can continue to have similar outings as last weekend, Atlanta won’t be in a bad spot.

Ryan’s completed 69.4 percent of his passes (209-of-301) for 2,157 yards in eight games. He has 15 touchdowns and six interceptions on the year. His rating is 98.1, good enough for second in the division behind Brady.

The quarterback won the MVP award in the 2016 season when he led the Falcons to the Super Bowl, but couldn’t hold back Brady and the Patriots. This year is far from a replication of that season, but Ryan is still a reliable option that can march Atlanta’s offense down the field.
