1. Allen Robinson

While No. 1 on this list, this feels like the least likely option, unfortunately. Allen Robinson, especially paired with Michael Thomas, would take the Saints wide receivers from lackluster to explosive but he wouldn’t come cheap.

The Saints would probably have to part with multiple draft picks to land Robinson so they’d need to determine if having Robinson for a few months is worth having two fewer picks in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Robinson has found himself in a bad situation in Chicago during his time there, as the quarterback situation has been anything but stable. If this trade actually happened, New Orleans wouldn’t be able to afford to sign Robinson long-term, as Spotrac has his market value sitting at $20 million annually.

No one would be upset about New Orleans pulling the trigger and making this trade happen though. Robinson has 23 catches for 250 yards and a touchdown this year but in 2019 and 2020, he went for over 1,100 yards, proving how good of a weapon he can be (seriously, look at who his quarterbacks were in 2019 and 2020 — Robinson is legit).

Allen Robinson would certainly put the Saints over the top but the asking price might be a bit much.
