The NOLA Saints beat the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football but it doesn’t feel like the black and gold came out victorious in this one. It was as sloppy as a win there is but the good guys prevailed and now take a 4-2 record back home to the Big Easy just in time for the Buccaneers game on Sunday.

New Orleans won 13-10 in a game that many wish they hadn’t watched. The Saints offense was pitiful (sans Alvin Kamara, of course), the Seahawks aren’t a good team without Russell Wilson, and the officiating was questionable at best. But Saints fans are used to that, aren’t they?

With Week 7 now officially in the books, let’s check out the winners and losers from New Orleans’ 13-10 victory over Seattle.

Winner: Marcus Davenport

After receiving a ton of hype over the summer for his efforts, it was a crushing blow when Marcus Davenport went down in Week 1 with an injury. He returned six weeks later to help the team who traded up to draft him three years ago and made sure he made a positive impact in the matchup.

Davenport finished his second game of the year with one tackle and one QB hit, which doesn’t sound all that impressive but the former first-round pick was definitely a big part of this victory. Now let’s hope the guy can stay healthy for the rest of the season.
