The New Orleans Saints currently sit third in the NFC South after five weeks of action, and they had a BYE this past week to recover and regroup.

Thank goodness. They needed the early season break.

New Orleans experienced mostly ups and downs this season from their Week 2 loss to the Panthers to their most recent win over Washington.

It’s safe to say the Saints haven’t yet developed any consistent season form, so hopefully after the BYE, they can find their stride.

Jameis Winston, Alvin Kamara, and Marquez Callaway are currently the top dogs on the team who have the highest expectations to carry the team into the playoffs, but New Orleans may need a booster shot or two to their roster.

After the BYE, the Saints will face two tough matchups in the Seattle Seahawks and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 7 and 8, and the latter will be absolutely crucial to their division title battle.

Does New Orleans have the depth to go on a winning streak this season? These players who are recovering from injury could help out on both sides of the ball.

Here are four Saints who could inflict some damage once they return to the field.
