2. Green Bay Packers

The Packers find themselves in a similar situation as the Saints in that they don’t have much to write home about at the wide receiver position. At least Green Bay has one really good option at the position though, as Davante Adams is one of the best receivers in the league. He currently leads the league in receiving yards and went for over 200 yards last week against the Bengals.

Be that as it may, outside of Adams, the Packers don’t have many reliable weapons. Randall Cobb has the next-most receiving yards on the team but he’s definitely past his prime. Allen Lazard is also on the team but the Packers wouldn’t mind upgrading in his starting spot.

Thomas would be dangerous in Green Bay with Aaron Rodgers throwing to him, as it’d give him two solid receivers for the time in quite a while. The problem here is that Rodgers is likely going to leave after this year while Thomas is still under contract past this season so he might not be happy going to a team with a new quarterback in 2022.

If the Packers decide to add another receiver, though, they should definitely contact the Saints about Michael Thomas and see what it’d take to land him.
