2. NOLA Saints should trade for Allen Robinson

The last three guys on this list are players who are in the final year of their contract and will be free agents at the conclusion of this season. The first player we’ll discuss is Allen Robinson, who is in the final year of his deal with the Bears.

Robinson has been an unfortunate victim of not having a good quarterback during his time in Chicago. Despite that fact, he’s been a force to be reckoned with, totaling over 1,100 yards receiving in two of his first three seasons with the Bears. He’s been pretty much the only bright spot on those Chicago offenses.

It’s worth noting that the Bears made the playoffs last year and they’ve been a competitive team recently even with their quarterback carousel so they might not be in a position to trade Robinson. This could especially be the case if Justin Fields starts to play well and the Bears hold onto Robinson as a result.

If the Bears are willing to part with Robinson, perhaps the Saints can send a draft pick over to Chicago in exchange for the elusive receiver.
