Juwan Johnson > Adam Trautman

This is something a lot of us already thought but Juwan Johnson continues to make plays while Adam Trautman isn’t doing much of anything.

Johnson caught his third touchdown reception of the season, building on that chemistry he established with Jameis Winston over the summer. Meanwhile, Trautman caught his first pass since Week 1, which went for 3 yards. He also was called for a brutal holding call that wiped out what would have been a Kenny Stills touchdown.

It’s not looking good for Trautman and while it’s still early in his career, his leash is getting shorter and shorter.

Deonte Harris needs to be more involved

Through the first four weeks of the season, one thing is clear — Winston trusts Deonte Harris and looks his way frequently on the field. He had five catches on Sunday for 52 yards and was making plays whenever the ball was in his hands.

I included this tweet from Mike Triplett because in the first half, it was a very true tidbit. The Saints offense wasn’t doing much, but Harris was getting out there and making plays. Sean Payton needs to do whatever he can to get the speedster more involved on offense.
