That was a disappointing loss for the NOLA Saints, who fell 27-21 to the New York Giants in overtime after taking an 11-point lead late into the game. The G-Men tied the game up in the final minute, got the ball first in overtime, and the rest is history.

It was a bad loss for the Saints, who now drop to 2-2 on the year and are even more confused about what their identity is. Their defense was prolific in Weeks 1 and 3 but dropped the ball this week in the loss, looking confused throughout the game.

The offense got off to a slow start, only scoring a touchdown in the first half and then tacking on two more in the second half. It wasn’t enough, as we saw the Giants tie it up and win the game in overtime.

This is one of those games the team and the fans will look back on and shake their heads. It could very well be the reason this team misses out on the playoffs with all of the talented teams we’re seeing in the NFC four weeks in.

Anyway, what’s done is done. Let’s check out the winners and losers from this disappointing loss at the hands of the G-Men.
