Brian Burns is someone the Saints have to worry about.

While Donte Jackson is a very underrated player, Brian Burns is a candidate for the most underrated player in the league. While the name will ring a bell to some fans, he still doesn’t get the love he deserves.

Burns was an absolute monster last year, and it’s even more impressive of a season when you consider that he was just in his second year. Burns had nine sacks, 21 quarterback hits, and 37 quarterback pressures.

This year, Burns is already off to a hot start as he recorded a sack in his first game against the jets. Burns is also a hard hitter forcing three fumbles last year. On top of this, Burns has a very positive history for when he plays the Saints.

In the three games Burns has played versus the New Orleans Saints, he has three sacks and four quarterback hits. It should be a little concerning to Saints fans that he has a sack in every game he has played versus the team.

The team will definitely have their hands full trying to contain the star pass rusher. If the team can contain the 23-year-old, it will likely result in a Saints win.
