Saints bold predictions vs. Panthers

2. Juwan Johnson finds the end zone 2 more times

Non-Saints fans might have been surprised to see a guy named Juwan Johnson score two of Winston’s five touchdowns last week but people in New Orleans weren’t the least bit stunned. This time last year, Johnson was relatively unknown on the roster but after switching to tight end and getting Winston as his quarterback, the former Oregon Duck is thriving in his new role.

Johnson scored two touchdowns in the 38-3 beatdown over the Packers and one of my bolder predictions for this week involves him getting into the end zone two more times this week.

This would be a huge start for Johnson considering he isn’t even the starter at tight end but if he were indeed able to score two more touchdowns in Week 2 (giving him four on the year), it’s safe to say he’d officially be able to leap Adam Trautman on the depth chart.

Be on the lookout for Juwan Johnson this weekend and let’s see if he can double his touchdown total.
