There are always trap games on the schedule and the Dolphins present just that for the Saints this year. Miami surprised a lot of people in the second year of Brian Flores’ stint as the head coach in South Beach, vying for a playoff spot late in the year.

The Dolphins are an interesting team this year because it’s clear they don’t really believe in Tua Tagovailoa, but that defense and special teams unit were what kept them in a lot of games a season ago so it might not end up mattering that much. This just screams upset in the Dome and the Saints lose a game they should win.

Prediction: Saints 14, Dolphins 17

After an upset loss at home, the Saints get a chance to redeem themselves in front of the home crowd when the Panthers come to the Big Easy. Carolina probably won’t win many games this year and by this point in the season, they’ll be playing for draft placement.

While it won’t be a cakewalk, the Saints win their final home game of the 2021 season and finish off the season sweep of Carolina.

Prediction: Saints 32, Panthers 21

Record: 9-7
