The New Orleans Saints assembled their practice squad and it’s a unit that the team will need to pull from during the season when injuries and unforeseen circumstances occur.

Let’s take a look at three members of the practice squad who can contribute the most for New Orleans this year.

3. Ka’Dar Hollman

The only unfamiliar name to make the practice squad was cornerback Ka’Darr Hollman, who was acquired by the Texans in a trade only to be waived shortly after. Hollman was a sixth-round pick by the Packers in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Toledo and played in 18 games for them over the past two seasons.

Hollman isn’t someone Saints fans should expect to see the starting lineup but with how thin the team is at cornerback, it wouldn’t be the least bit shocking if the former Toledo Rocket moved his way up the depth chart ladder and found himself on the active roster.

Hollman is a guy who has experience in the NFL and that’s valuable for the Saints at this time considering their lack of cornerbacks. Expect Hollman to find his way onto the 53-man roster at some point this year.
