Saints: 3 players who will turn heads at training camp

This training camp, the New Orleans Saints will have a plethora of position battles on display that are guaranteed to entertain more than Russell Crowe fighting a tiger.

A training camp battle isn’t exactly a fight to the death, but it’s a fight to keep NFL players’ hopes and dreams alive, which, in the modern era, could be just as honorable. From tight end to linebacker, wide receiver to safety, no Saints position is safe this year unless your name is Alvin Kamara or Michael Thomas. And even Thomas has something to prove.

The most highly anticipated match-up, the one the crowd has been waiting for ever since Brees hung up the black and gold, will be Jameis Winston facing off against Taysom Hill for the starting quarterback spot. Sun’s out, egos are out, but they’ll let the pigskin do the talking.

So grab your buttered popcorn and plop down on a lawn chair in front of your TV screen because you won’t want to miss these showdowns. Imagine an episode of Love Island, except instead of extremely attractive people you have jersey-clad football players, and instead of finding relationships you’re looking for…Okay, so it really has nothing to do with the premise of Love Island. Doesn’t mean training camp won’t get a little spicy, though.
