Potential Spots for NOLA Saints WR Michael Thomas – No. 4: Chiefs

While the Chiefs would love to have Thomas on their offense, they’re not in a situation where they can take on a major contract due to their financial situation. That being said, the team would definitely come calling if Thomas was made available.

Kansas City has Tyreek Hill as their WR1 but beyond that, it’s a big question mark. They no longer have Sammy Watkins but spent a fifth-round pick on Cornell Powell of Clemson while also still donning Demarcus Robinson and Mecole Hardman on the roster.

None of those players have stepped up to the plate as much as the Chiefs would have liked for and Thomas would be the perfect complement to Hill on the field. Patrick Mahomes throwing to Thomas would be a dream come true for Chiefs fans and while this is certainly something Kansas City would like to see happen, it’s not the most feasible.

Thomas would definitely thrive in Kansas City though and could make that offense even more dangerous.
